Just changed all my 4 Ziex 912 to the V12 195/55/15 in rawang
Took ahtap's advice and decided to stick to my ori rims instead of going for 15inch alloys ( altho some of those rims would really look very nice on my ride Smiley

managed to get RM 185 /pc which is decent  i guess

So far the ride has been smooth and quiet...in fact much more quieter than the ziex 912. Handling wise is fairly decent but not as good as the ziex in my opinion

The other thing that struck me was how light my steering wheel suddenly became. It almost felt like the car was " floating " . Not too sure whether it;s the wheels or maybe the foreman adjusted something in my alignment.

anyone had the same experience ?

I am still using my stock tyres but gotta change soon.
will 912 be quieter than the stock ones?
i am inclined to use 912 if it is quieter than the stock ones...

hankook v12 sounds like a good idea, but if the handing is worse, then i would shy from it.

any inputs to help me?

on my neo, v12 is better than conti csc1. just that you have to pump it a bit higher becoz of soft sidewall

Overall I think the 912 are a good bargain despite the fact that some say that it is not balanced properly and what not...
For the price and performance...worth it.

for my neo, proton recommend front 210 kpa, rear 190 kpa, i just add another 10 kpa for both tire.

actually its depend on owner/driver feel, you have to follow manufacturer spec and pump plus or minus from there becoz different car have different suspension setting.

for me, after my nabira f1 gsd3 botak, i'll change to v12 also

Just changed from Michelin MVX8 195/60/R15 to 195/55/R15 V12 can feel the cornering is much better and handling also superb. But noise level is slightly noisier than Michelin. Comfort is also very good. So far quite satisfy with the tyre.

I am a non supporter for 912, used 17/205/45 and it is very noisy, and tread ran out very fast... but I feel the performance is consider good lar, I will not use 912 ever again. (only my personal view, no offense to 912 supporter)

After much soul searching & received craving reviews on V12...I decided to give it a try.

Tyre Size : 195/55/15

So far owner whose car shode with V12 are :

1. chialat
2. dis43686
3. patch adams
4. ring
5. [More to come.. Grin]

Apart from soft feeling & comfy drive, this tyre is a grear water disperser and good at cornering (not high speed, mind you). Noise level is acceptable & better than any 2 year old tyres  Cheesy

For me 'aggresive' tread tyre like these give better confidence when hitting slippery surface.

My initial interest quickly waning once I found GR-90 price sky rocketing.

Ops!...i am paying RM150 per piece for V12 after trade-in of my XM1 Wink Wink Wink. Manufacturing Date "0310".
